Jan 20-24 Picture of the Day

Katie's Birthday!!

It snowed Yea!!

Studying hard.

Pota-graphy competition, sure is a funny picture.

We were working hard, or some of us were.

This week was a week no one should have not wanted to live through. Katie's birthday was a very sweet day (both uses of the word) as one can see in the picutre. Next, it snowed which is something that does not happen to often here in North Carolina. Also, David studying can be put in the same catigory as the snow, which makes two rarities in one week.  Thursday was the end date for the pota-graphy competition so, instead of having taken our pictures during the week, Graham and I took our pictures and turned them in just before the time was over.  Then, when Friday came around, we all put all of our efforts in cleaning the house so we can spend another week happily in our home. Over all we had a great time.

Jan 13-18 Picture of the Day

  Ahoy... tree!!!

Bean and bacon (with out the bacon).

 Find the needle.

Bright eyed and bushy tailed.

 Just practicing different shots.

Our wonderful temple trips.

Well, you see this week was a usual week. As you can see in the fist picture we have a nice
litte grove of trees. Trees here are a lot different than the ones in Idaho. About fifty percent of the trees have vines growing on them which, as we have discovered, makes a wonderful swing.  Marilee, Graham, and I swing on them almost every day though the vines only brake on one of us, which happens to be me. The fist time it broke I was in the middle of showing Marilee how to swing better when I realized that I was flying not swinging. The second time I was ending the swing with a ninja move when it broke, but we got it on film. Even through all of the shin scraping and hand hurting experiences, going out side is my favorite thing to do.  Other than that we have had a very usual week.

Hercules II
Tea Time.
I love trees.

A beautiful Sunday evening.

I like photography and so I made a goal this year to take a picture a day. My wish is that in doing
this I will be able to improve my photography skills and be better at having my camera on hand.  I hope you enjoyed my attempts this week.
